a treasured escape
breakfast cart cozy atmosphere short walk nearby store
breakfast was each morning on a cart directly to my room. the tea kettle and pretty teacups created a cozy atmosphere. i found cafes and shops just a short walk away. a grocery store nearby met our immediate needs.
the room was on the smaller side for four guests.

great location public transport nice touch
the location was great, a lovely neighborhood. many public transport options was near. breakfast delivered to the room was a nice touch i appreciate.
the stairs was steep if you are staying on the third floor, its not that pleasant.

nice neighbourhood friendly staff clean room
the house was lovely it was in a nice neighbourhood. the staff were very nice. our room was clean and spacious and breakfast was delivered to our room.
i found the shower to be a little small to turn around in. overall i had a great experience.

decorated room fresh fruits simplified access really good kindness
The room was well-decorated. I found it clean upon arrival! the provided breakfast was good, with fresh fruits. entry codes simplified access to both the house and my room. the staff exhibited really good kindness. They quickly addressed all my needs.
i noticed some street noise occasionally, but it was generally quiet at night

mixed feelings about room and service
thin towels flat pillows
the location near the tube station was acceptable. it offered convenient access to transportation.
the room i got was quite worn, it requires improvements. the towels felt very thin and fragile, they seemed old. pillows were so flat, and did not offer appropriate neck support during sleep. the level of comfort was much needed.

mixed feelings about the stay
uncomfortable bed faulty wiring
The location was pretty good. It was a short walk to the underground.
The room i got wasn't quite up to par, though. The bed wasn't very comfortable at all, and i could feel the springs. the decor felt a bit dated and cluttered. It really didn't feel like a four-star hotel. also, the tv wiring was faulty, so i had to wiggle it around to get a connection.
